Cloud Computing
v The practice of using a network of remote servers hosted on the Internet to store, manage, and process data, rather than a local server or a personal computer.

v The best example of cloud computing is by making use of internet to access our hardware and software service instead of keeping regular physical hardware and software in the office space. You don't have to worry about power, network access and maintenance of the servers in the cloud.




 Type of cloud computing platforms

·         IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service)
    Infrastructure as a service (IaaS) is an instant computing infrastructure, provisioned and managed over the Internet.
·         PaaS (Platform as a Services)
    PaaS or Application Platform as a Service (aPaaS) or platform base service is a category of cloud computing services that provides a platform allowing customers to develop, run, and manage applications without the complexity of building and maintaining the infrastructure typically associated with developing and launching an app.
·         SaaS (Software as a Service)
    SaaS is typically accessed by users using a thin client via a web browser.
